Mayer Brother's Apple & Water products is a family owned and operated business operating two processing and bottling facilities in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls, New York area. The Mayer family began pressing apple cider and grape juice at the present Buffalo Plant in 1852, continuing today under the fifth generation ownership. In addition to twelve month production of fresh cider products, the Buffalo plant is the major area supplier of private label.
